The Milking Parlour has two bedrooms, an en suite, open plan living area and fitted kitchen. The Old Stables has a sitting room/dining room and kitchenette, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A fully insulated office with a separate entrance has the possibility of being converted to an additional bedroom, subject to planning. The holiday can be occupied by any one person for up to 28 consecutive days per annum and must not be occupied in February. The peak weekly rental is around £600. Currently, Small Business Rate Relief applies. Alternatively, the two lets provide ideal self contained annexes. The holiday lets have a separate clargester sewerage system from the main house which has its own septic tank.
