When we first came to visit this house we were struck by how peaceful and quiet it was, which was something that really appealed to us.
Having four bedrooms means this is the ideal home for a family and with highly rates Ofsted schools in the area your children will be well catered for.
Southgate has its own parade of local shops where you easily pick up your daily essentials without the hassle of parking in town.
We do hope that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as we did for the last 15 years but we have since relocated and leave our home in good hands.
