New Tenants:
Full Property: £250 fee applies, of which£150 must be paid before receiving keys, and the balance can be paid up to onemonth after the move in date.
Room: £150 fee applies, of which the full£150 must be paid before receiving keys.
We will also require that a guarantor or adeposit is provided. A guarantor must be either a home owner, or twoprofessionals. A deposit is usually the value of one month’s rent.
