We were living in Southwater and looking to upgrade within the village. After looking at a number of properties we came to look at this one in Woodlands Way and were immediately drawn to it as it overlooks a lovely green. We could not believe the size of the drive which was important with a growing family. Once inside, the accommodation offered the exact amount of space for us. We could see that we could extend the property to grow with us over time and the garden really did seal the deal being private and large enough for gatherings in the summer months. We have been really happy here and enjoyed creating something special but now we don’t need all of the space as the children have gone. We would love to move somewhere more rural.
