When we bought our home it had lots of kerb appeal, but unfortunately inside the character had been stripped out. However, we had a vision of how we could turn it back into a beautiful home.

The first thing we did was add a multi fuel log burner in the lounge and fit a mock Victorian fireplace in the dining room. Next we re-fitted the kitchen and laid new flooring. We also replaced the front and internal doors, had a new Aqualisa shower installed and had the ceilings re-plastered.

We only intended to stay here for a couple of years, however when we had finished all the work we fell in love with this house and have stayed here for ten very happy years.
