We have loved living here for some 30 plus years. What first attracted us was the quiet, little cul de sac. All the homes were slightly different and the little hamlet of Runcton was just perfect for us, close enough to Chichester without being in the rat race and quiet enough without being so remote we wouldn't see anyone ever.
The rooms were a great size for our children and we used the 4th bedroom as my husbands office
