I moved here over 30 years ago and it was the perfect village for us as a family. There was a real feeling of seclusion and it just felt like home from the moment we arrived. The fact that I stayed here so long speaks volumes about the location and how nice a place it is to live. Since living here the property has been extended, giving me the four bedrooms it has now. It also gave me a dining room and allowed me to move the bathroom upstairs. The garage is also an addition since being here. I have replaced windows, re-decorated and re-carpeted but have purposely left the kitchen for someone to make their own as people do. Now that my family is all grown up and have flown the nest it's time for me to downsize to something smaller.
