When we first viewed this house we instantly saw the potential it could offer to us as a family. From the outside it’s easy to dismiss it as a small cottage but we were amazed to find how it opens up and provides such a lot of space. The annex has been a real bonus for family and friends when they stay over as it has its own entrance and they can come and go as they please. We have also contemplated letting the annexe to generate an extra income and this could be something a new buyer could consider doing. The views out the back are gorgeous and we never grow tired of looking at them. We have just installed a new electric central heating system to compliment the wood burning stoves so the house is never cold in the winter.
