This house has been a lovely home for us. Whilst it would make a good home for a young family it has suited us equally well us a couple. It is great to have room for all the family to visit. Newington is a lovely village with access to either Sittingbourne, or Rainham via the A2 as well as the trains.

We have done lots of work whilst we have been here, so hopefully the new owners can now just move in and enjoy it as much as we have. When we first came here we also liked that there was plenty of parking, with the driveway and a good size garage.
