This has been a lovely home for my family for many years and our children loved growing up here. The gardens are a real treat and the house itself has proved to be a real hit with guests as much as it did for us. I feel the house has more potential too; we did previously have planning permissions to extend the house further at the rear. The addition of the conservatory on the side gave me a little private haven to sit and enjoy the sun and is one of my favourite spots in the house. Having a large family, the huge parking area is great, with room for tonnes of guests too.
I love the interesting features of this Victorian house, including a water pump well at the rear of the garden, which is useful and great fun in the summer!
