We moved here 14 years ago and for us it was all about the location. We loved the fact that in minutes we could be in Dorking town centre yet the house boasted a position that was second to none with no passing traffic and a real feel of being out in the country. A safe place to bring up our family was really important to us so when we saw where this house was, we knew it had to be ours. We were also drawn to the potential that the house offered as we could see how we could improve and extend over time. We have done a lot of work to the house over the years including replacing both bathrooms and the kitchen. We have re-floored, redecorated and re plastered and are literally finishing the new patio. The kids are now older and we no longer need all this space anymore.
