Having lived here for over 50 years, we can safely say we have created so many happy memories and will be sad to leave. Part of the reason we have stayed so long is the bungalow's location, there are bus routes, the town centre and the seafront all within walking distance but there is also a feeling of peace and quiet which is rare to find.
The garden is low maintenance which suits us but is still an ample size should the new owner have green fingers or a large family that need accommodating. Realistically, the property is now too big for us, there is so much space to fill so we know whoever ends up here won't have any issue growing the family and living comfortably.
