I remember looking at the show home of this style of house and thinking how large it was. I then saw this plot available and realised that this was one of the largest on the estate so it was by far the best option. We had three children at home at the time so having three bathrooms as well as the downstairs loo was a real bonus. The children could play out the front in safety but also enjoy the garden at the back of the house and in the summer the lounge doors would rarely be shut!
The area is great as well. You can walk to the town and there is a footpath and cycle path meaning you avoid the main roads. There's a park for children and the Julie Rose Stadium is just up the road and quite a good pub within walking distance as well!
