Property description

What a magnificent home! It's not often that a large 1930s home like this comes onto the market. Not only is it well set back from the road with a well established front garden, there is a delightful large family garden to the rear.

Over the years, the property has been sympathetically extended and it offers large and versatile rooms that you can use as your family's needs dictate. Even the entrance hall and landing have an air of grandeur about them because of the character and sheer space.

Having the heated outdoor pool is a lovely addition to the stunning private garden. You can imagine the children being in their element playing in the pool. You could even go for a run in the nearby countryside and then take a quick dip afterwards to cool down!

You can look forward to unwinding in the main bedroom with its double aspect views and its own walk in wardrobe and en-suite. All of the bedrooms are doubles so you'll have plenty of room for the children's toys.

With an integrated double garage, you could easily house the car and still have a workshop area or you could even utilise it as a gym!

Junction 9 & 10 of the M20 are only a few minutes drive away and the commute from Ashford International station taking only 37 minutes to central London.

What the Owner says:

When we were looking for this house, we wanted a property that the family could grow into and somewhere that had a rural feel yet was near to amenities. This house had real curb appeal and it was exactly what we were after. It has been ideal for the children as they have their own family room which is great for when they want a bit of independence or want their friends around. They have also been able to walk to the local primary school and Towers Academy.
The kitchen/breakfast area is the real centre of the house and we spend a lot of time here. On special occasions, we have been known to open up the doors from the dining room to the family room and we have seated 18 round the table.
