The property has been in the family since 1978 and in the last 20 years only six people have moved in the Lane. It's such a sought after place to live!
The location is superb because of commuting to London, as the train station is so close by. It's great having everything on your doorstep. It's also nice to go out for a meal or drink and not have to worry about taking the car.
Having such a big garden when having a family is great. The children can run around to their hearts' content.
