The moment we walked through the door of our house, I knew that it was for us. It felt light, airy and welcoming, and the layout was just perfect. Three large bedrooms meant no arguing between two teenagers and having two bathrooms has been a godsend! The walk - in attic is brilliant - much larger than anything else we\‘d seen in a chalet bungalow.We\‘re not great fans of dining rooms and although we can eat in the kitchen watching the telly, we tend to spend more time in the conservatory as it feels \‘al fresco\‘ even in the winter. We\‘ve had some great parties here, accommodating 30 people easily as the kitchen leads straight into the conservatory allowing plenty of mingling and spilling out into the garden. A patio area accessible from the kitchen\‘s French doors means we can have BBQs even in relatively poor weather.The secluded rear garden is lovely to sit out in, as nice and quiet and one corner gets the sun even in winter. We use one end of the tandem garage as a greenhouse to overwinter tender perennials in pots, as there is a good size window, and plenty of shelving and workbenches. Although near to Highcliffe Comprehensive School, we\‘re far enough down the road not to get any of the \‘drop off\‘ and \‘pick up\‘ traffic. We can walk to Hinton Admiral Station in 7 mins and have a large Co-op 8 mins walk away. Just up the road is Nea Meadows - a local nature reserve that\‘s ideal for dog walking or a spot of bird watching.

From Christchurch centre head north-east towards the Christchurch Bypass/A35. Then exit the roundabout onto Christchurch Bypass/A35.
