Property description
Pull up and take advantage of more than enough off road parking. The internal condition is testament to the current owner.
A huge dual aspect lounge is what all families want and this house delivers. It will be easy to imagine Saturday nights sat in front of the TV or lazy Sundays watching ‘The Game’ or a film. Light flood in through the patio doors which allow access and a view out over the rear garden, ideal for keeping an eye on little ones!
The kitchen diner is a wonderfully social space. Guests will be sat around the table in anticipation, taste buds tingling from the aromas wafting around the room. There’s more than enough room in the kitchen to be the next MasterChef and with ample storage cupboards your tools can be safely stored away.
All bedrooms on the first floor are well proportioned and can easily accommodate double beds. A beautiful main bathroom has been re-fitted and well thought out. The thought of sinking into the large bath after a tough day may see you bringing your own towels to the viewing.
The rear garden is a great size and the patio area is the ideal spot to get lost in a good book or enjoy a beverage or two in the sun. A large cabin with power and lighting is ideal for those who work from home or could be the ideal hide away for teenagers and their friends.
The town centre, mainline station and excellent schools can all be walked to with ease.
What the Owner says:
It was the size of the living areas that sold it to me! Since moving in I have re-fitted the bathroom and added solid wooden doors internally plus kept the house decorated to modern standards. The garden has been great for entertaining especially in the warmer months and the lodge has come in handy when my kids have had their friends round. Another selling point to me was the bedrooms as there is more than enough space to fit double beds and wardrobes and draws too. The location is so handy as everything is within striking distance of the front door including Deers Leap woods and other countryside activities and not to mention having the town centre up the road but yet it’s still so quiet here.
