We relocated to the area from Redhill, of paramount importance was the availability of a convenient and frequent rail service to London. This house was the ideal choice for us as this house suited our family needs best.. The downstairs of the house is particularly suited to enjoying family time together, with larger size rooms than many similar properties that were viewed at the time. Since moving in we have added a conservatory, re-fitted the kitchen, changed the flooring throughout the ground floor, added the double glazing and redecorated. We'll miss the neighbours, Ashdown Forest and how close we are to local facilities. This has been a great family home, when the children were younger it was reassuring to know that they could walk to school without crossing any roads.
