It was work that brought us to the area. the reception hall was what sold it to us. It was huge.
We liked the village too and have found it convenient living here. The train station can be walked to also which is incredibly helpful especially if you want to get to East Croydon or anywhere in London.
Since moving in we replaced the conservatory with a modern version and have decorated throughout over time.
I'll miss the position within the village, but after 35 years it's time for another family to enjoy this home.
