When we moved here six years ago, we really appreciated the fact that the previous owner had done all the work so there was nothing we had to do ourselves. However, shortly after moving in, we installed solar panels which have certainly had a welcome effect on our electricity bills!

It's really nice having the lovely country pub across the road as we can pop over for a drink and a bite to eat when we don't feel like cooking or if we have family or friends to visit. With the Surrey Hills just up the road, all the wonderful countryside around here is within our reach and it's also just a few miles to Guildford if we want a greater range of shops.
