Conditions of sale
1. The purchaser will be responsible for the demolition of the existing buildings on the site and for all necessary clearance works.
2. The purchaser of the building plot will be responsible for installing the new driveway for the development.
3. The purchaser will be responsible for building the new garages for No. 180 and No. 182a High Street. (The materials are still to be agreed and the existing vendors are to be consulted as to the preferred materials).
4. The purchaser will be responsible of ensuring that the residents of 180 and 182a are able to park off road at all times and that they are kept informed of progress.
