Property description
Set in the enchanting village of Cooling you cannot help but fall in love with the location and views.
As you wind through the lanes en-route to the home there is a feeling that you have stepped back in time with all of the old buildings, including the church and the famous Cooling Castle.
The home itself is set on the Main Road in Cooling. There is a real community feel within the village, people stop to say hello in the street, visit the local pub and a number of houses are named after Charles Dickens novels and characters giving it a real Twist!
The home is both practical and charming. The driveway provides ample space to park two cars and the garage is there for additional space as well as for storage.
The entrance porch is handy to keep your jackets, coats and shoes stored away and the hallway is a lovely welcome into the home. The kitchen area has a farm house feel to it and is perfect for the village setting but also extremely practical with lots of storage space and appliances to cook up a master piece for friends and family.
The lounge/diner is a great size and provides both an entertaining area to fit a large table and chairs for all the family to gather round as well as space to sit in front of the open fire as it roars and pops and relax and enjoy a glass of wine.
