Property description
Southview Bungalow is a detached, modern dwelling of excellent proportions offering four bedroom accommodation. There is a spacious, light feel to the entrance hall which leads to all the ground floor rooms including a large dining hall from which access is gained through to the master bedroom. The living room has a working open fireplace, there is an extremely well fitted farmhouse-style kitchen and a separate utility room. Planning consent has been approved for a further living room which would extend the width of the existing living room and kitchen. With internal dimensions of 7.45m x 3.80m, the additional triple aspect room would have a vaulted ceiling with exposed internal roof structure and doors opening into the garden. The property is offered for sale in excellent condition with a mixture of laminate and ceramic tiled and first floor bedroom/den which are carpeted. Central heating is provided by an oil fired boiler to radiators and the windows are fully double glazed. The master bedroom is of a particularly good size with wardobes and a luxury ensuite and extensive views across the garden and paddock. The first floor bedroom is currently in use as an office - it would also make an excellent family room/tv room/playroom or den for a growing family. The property is approached by a private lane off Codford High Street which leads to an extensive parking area with double garage and a detached open fronted barn-style store. There is an attractive formal garden with an adjoining fully fenced paddock which has a secondary access from the neighbouring lane. The whole area extends to about 1.25 acres.
