We bought this house from new just over 14 years ago and liked the position, overlooking a small green it is one of only a few. The safe cul-de-sac position and private rear garden also were important. There is also a local farm shop nearby.
We especially loved the size of the rooms and this was important with our family. Having the double garage accessible from the house is a great feature.
Now we have decided we would like to be closer to the family and are looking to relocate areas.
