We have lived in Dacre Gardens for 11 years now and as an area, we couldn't have asked for anything more; we love the central location but also the peace and quiet down this road.

When we first looked at this house, back 11 years ago, what we loved the most was that there were no houses opposite us, so we weren't overlooked at all; also the size of the rooms. We hadn't seen anything of this size and a spacious house was so important to our family.

Over the years we have made many changes to the property to suit our taste and style. We will definitely be sad to leave our house; we have spent many happy years here as a family.
