Originally we were from London and moved to Canterbury as it offered a lifestyle we were accustomed to but with a quiet pace of life. After spending some time in the City centre we did want to move just outside into Chartham. Being detached and the peaceful location were really big selling points. My partners does not drive so being on a bus route was also important to get into work. Although it is a relatively new build there have been many things we have changed such as the kitchen/diner which we have opened up. Remote control lighting downstairs, as well as installing new kitchens and bathrooms. We also landscaped the garden to make it a more useable space. Every thought has gone into making it a high standard.
