Twenty years ago I was only living a short walk away in Clifton Gardens. We loved the area so much that we stayed in this location due to how close it is to the City centre. We upgraded from a terraced home to a detached property, however it did need a lot of work and over the years everything has been done from top to bottom. The property has been heavily extended to the side to incorporate a double stone extension. This was done pretty much as soon as we moved in as it was really required to increase the space. I have now outgrown the property and whilst I still want to stay in the area I am looking for a smaller property.
