We thoroughly enjoyed creating our beautiful new home and living in it over the past 18 months. The garden has been a labour of love to bring it back to being a lovely outdoor space. Unfortunately, circumstances mean that we need to move to something a little smaller and we hope that another family will be able to take advantage of all the care and thought that we have put into the design and build of the house. We are particularly fond of the kitchen/dining room and the drawing room where we spend much of our time. However, the accommodation is fairly flexible. For instance the office, snug and the adjacent cloakroom could be utilised as separate living quarters for an elderly relative as there is also a shower room on the ground floor beyond the large utility room, while part of the spacious landing could become a fifth bedroom. You could always create a games room above the large garage and there is enough room for an extension or even another property in the grounds, subject to the necessary planning permissions.
