In 1996, when our youngest daughter, who lived near to Brighstone started a family, we moved to the Island and found this wonderful home.

Her children happily spent much of their early childhood here and staying at this property has been the holiday of choice for them and the rest of our extensive family ever since. It has been a delightful and enjoyable place, the home of many happy memories.

Brighstone is a friendly village – a real community; and with its shops, other facilities, nearby beaches, walks and cycle ways, it has provided a wide variety of interests and activities for the whole family.

This property is fitted with double glazing and solar water heating panels as well as being cavity wall insulated and with upgraded loft insulation. There is also the addition of solar PV panels and an air source heat pump which altogether provide a brilliant energy efficiency rating for a house of this size and age.
