We bought the property from new and loved the size and its position on the development. The plot was bigger than most on the development and if we were going to stay we always thought it would be great to extend downstairs. It is a really good size already but there is great potential to make the ground floor even bigger because the garden provides plenty of space to do that (subject to consent).
It is nice to be close to amenities but still in a secluded position away from the hustle and bustle and it's so nice to have a country park on your doorstep.
