This house has just been brilliant offering so much space and real family living.

With children growing up we now don't require so much space and with just the dogs to entertain we want to be closer to the beach for dog walks.

We have converted the garage and used it as a gym and a hobbies room but could be converted back should someone require.

Parking is absolutely ideal and we have enjoyed many warm days outside in the garden.
