Situated in the coastal village of Rinsey, just a few minutes walk from Rinsey beach and within a short drive of the bustling harbour side village of Porthleven with its mix of restaurants, public houses and interesting shops. The larger town of Helston is only a few miles away and has a number of major supermarkets, secondary and primary schooling plus sixth form college, doctors surgeries and varied local shopping. Within a short drive there are many beautiful golden sandy beaches including Rinsey, Praa Sands, Perranuthnoe, Gunwalloe and Church Cove. Nearby Porthleven is home to one of Englands most challenging surfing reef breaks where from the Cliffside one can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surfers when conditions are right.

Directions;
From Penzance take the A394 towards Helston. Proceed through Rosudgeon and across Praa Sands crossroads. As you enter Ashton, take the second right hand turn signposted Rinsey. Follow this road for approximately half a mile and on the sharp left hand bend continue straight ahead, again signposted Rinsey. Continue along this countryside lane until you come to the hamlet itself and the farmhouse will be found on your right hand side indicated by a Country & Waterside Prestige for sale board.
