OWNER OPINION
I have lived in Topcliffe for forty one years and brought my three children up in the village. It is a safe and happy environment with a school, village hall, post office/shop, playgroup and a scout club.

I will be very sorry to leave my beautiful house in this lovely village but now that I am on my own the house and annexe is too large for me.
