DIRECTIONS From Crediton take the road to Sandford (approximately 1 mile). Proceed through the village and continue northwards through the village of Kennerleigh (approximately 4 miles). Keep on this road for about 2 miles until arriving in Black Dog. Go straight on at the village crossroads, past the Black Dog Inn (as signed Thelbridge and Witheridge) and the property will be found about approximately 300 yards along the country lane on the right hand side.
