My husband and I bought our home in 2007 and have enjoyed the time that we have spent living here. Over the years we have made many alterations and improvements to the property and the new owners shouldn't have too much to worry about. We had the house re-wired and re-plumbed in 2007 and a new kitchen fitted in 2010 along with a brand new boiler in 2012; new windows fitted in 2008 and the roof has been overhauled and new guttering fitted. The garage has two new roller doors, the front one being electric and the rear being manual, which makes it ideal should you wish to take items through to the garden. We certainly hope that the new owners will find as much happiness in this home as we have.
