Property description
Have you ever thought what it would be like to live in a quiet and tranquil backwater, where every home is different and some are only glimpsed through cloaks of trees and lush greenery? Well you can experience just that right here in Kits Coty. It is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where around just forty-two homes are interspersed on generous plots and where further development is restricted. As you approach the home through wooded and green bordered roads on this gentle southerly slope of the North Downs it is easy to appreciate the attractiveness of the area. It is on a “no through” road to anywhere else which adds to the feeling of simply getting away from it all.
The home itself has been extended and the design allows for a fantastic amount of living space. The kitchen/breakfast area is right up to date and perfect for entertaining, a wonderful social space for friends and family to mingle. Working from home is ever more popular and practical today and you have a choice of study or office space here.
The large private garden has sun all day and the wide patio offers a place to soak up the warmth of those rays where you can take in the countryside and views of the Kits Coty Stones. Easy parking for the largest of families and an en-suite shower room to bedroom one completes the home.
What the Owner says:
It has the feel of country living here; you have only to look out of the window to enjoy wonderful views and there are fields of horses and donkeys just beyond the garden. There are lovely walks on the doorstep and a fantastic array of wildlife such as woodpeckers and jays, ideal subjects for the amateur photographer to get some beautiful photographs.
It is a mini community here too where we have found it very neighbourly, in fact it is very rare to see anyone who does not live round here. What we like particularly is that with a car you can connect back to the motorways and towns easily so you don’t have the feeling of being too remote either.
