Property description

This bungalow is situated within a good sized plot of 0.3 acres in a wonderfully peaceful area. It has already been extended to provide a great amount of family living space but there is the potential to create even more, subject to the usual planning consents.

As well as the main living areas at one end, there is a useful family area at the other end which, together with the third bedroom, has the potential to be used as annexe accommodation if required.

The dining area has sliding doors opening to the good sized garden which catches the sun for much of the day and is the ideal place for you to relax on a warm summer day enjoying the peace and tranquility of your surroundings.

For those who enjoy the outdoor life, there are miles of glorious countryside right on the doorstep, with Foxbridge Golf Club nearby together with a sports ground just up the road in Loxwood.

Located in this popular semi-rural area, it is within easy reach of Loxwood which offers several shops, a doctors' surgery and a highly regarded primary school. There is another primary school in the nearby village of Plaistow, whilst the "outstanding" Weald School in Billingshurst provides secondary education. With stations at Billingshurst and Haslemere, the location combines the best of rural life with the convenience of nearby amenities.

What the Owner says:

I've lived in my home for many years and really enjoyed bringing up my family in such lovely surroundings.

The extended accommodation has been perfect, especially with my son being able to take himself off to his bedroom at the far end of the bungalow. This has allowed him to have his independence, as he is able to come and go through his own door to the garden.

We've all appreciated our rural lifestyle, watching the wildlife in the garden, yet being within easy reach of shops, schools and other amenities.
