I like modern homes and after viewing this one constructed by Pentland Homes, there was no doubt in my mind, I had to have it. I have always appreciated open plan living, it's nice not to be shut away in the kitchen while everyone else is enjoying themselves elsewhere. All the bedrooms having an en-suite helped concrete my decision to buy this house, not having to share a bathroom is a godsend. Parking for two and a garden that is drenched in sun light all day long in my opinion just adds to what makes this a super home.
