Whoever buys this house will have the shops, restaurants, pubs and music from the band stand within walking distance. I can come out of the front door and walk down to the beach without even having to cross a road.
I love the summer here, when Folk Week or the fireworks are on I don't have to even leave the house and can sit out on the balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of people enjoying all that Broadstairs has to offer.
