Property description

You would be forgiven for thinking that you had typed Brighton into the website rather than Worthing as this home would not look out of place in the City centre. This truly is a Brighton property with a Worthing price tag!

If you are moving over from that direction in the search for more value for money, you may be hoping to find a property close to the station for work or just to be able to get back that way with ease. With this home you can take your pick of either Worthing or West Worthing railway stations as both can be found within a short walk.

As for the house, the bay fronted lounge makes an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing evening in front of the television. If, however, you are more of the ‘formal hosting’ type, then make the most of the open plan dining and kitchen areas. With the summer months fast approaching, make the most of the sunny aspect rear garden. Dig out the garden furniture and barbecue and soak up some rays. If the sun gets a bit too hot for you, meander back into the sun room extension and relax whilst still remaining part of the conversation.

In terms of schools, you will be pleased to know that you will be located within the ever popular Thomas A Becket catchment area. Ideal for those with a young family or even those planning for the future. This family home really does tick lots of boxes, so book your viewing today.

What the Owner says:

I moved here about 15 years ago. When I first purchased the property it required complete modernisation. I remodernised completely and over the years have kept it maintained.

I was initially attracted by the style and location and to be honest the work didn’t phase me. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here but know the time is right to now downsize … I really do not need the space anymore.

I am hoping to stay in the area as it is so convenient and I’m sure the new owners will enjoy their time here as much as I have.
