We bought our home as it is in a very good location. We are just round the corner from the excellent Rudyard Kipling school and we are on a main bus route into town too.

One of the best beaches in the area (Rottingdean) is a five minute drive away and there are lots of great walks and parks for the kids nearby. Brighton is just on our doorstep, yet there is so much more space here.

It is now time to move on and we hope the new owners enjoy our house as much as we have.
