We purchased this property as the next step up from our two bedroom house. We could see the potential this house had for us to turn it into the fabulous family home that it is.

The location has been great for getting into the City with the Central Line nearby. Our children went to Roding Primary and it was only a short walk away. We will really miss our neighbours who have become our friends over the years. Since we moved in we put in a drive which is great for off street parking. I can honestly say we have enjoyed our years at Gaynes Hill Road and we are looking forward to moving to the coast.
