We have been here for 14 years. When we first viewed, we thought it was very quiet and after a good chat with the neighbours at the time, we knew if was a good place at a good price, so we snapped it up.
Since living here we have built the conservatory and put in a new shower cubicle. We know the 'Poets Estate' is always popular especially for commuters as it is in a Zone 4 station area, keeping those travelling expenses down a bit.
We are moving in with our daughter, but leave behind happy memories, which we hope the next owners will be able to do.
