Sydenham High Street has continued to improve since we moved in, with many high street banks, pharmacies and an excellent bakery, as well as lots of new coffee shops and the Dolphin pub. The transport links are excellent, with plenty of buses, but also three different train stations within walking distance, giving easy access to central London, the City, and Canary Wharf. We've been extremely happy here for nearly 8 years, and are only moving to accommodate a growing family!
