We were living in Horley, Surrey and wanted to move somewhere a bit quieter and more rural. We had family roots around the Cowfold area so decided to have a look in this area. We had often driven past Southwater and thought it was a nice area. We were quite excited about this property as it sounded perfect. We liked the appearance of this home and the fact it is tucked back from the road. The garage was a must for us and the overall space was exactly what we wanted.

It really has been a lovely home for the last ten years. We will be sad to go but we are now looking for a property with a large garden so my husband can enjoy his pond and fish hobby a bit more.
