We moved here 8 years ago and for us it was all about the location! We loved the fact it was conveniently situated for everything. We also loved the size of the garden and can remember viewing so many houses with tiny gardens so when we saw how big it was, we knew it would be great.

We have maintained our home to a very high standard and we are sad to be leaving. However, our family requirements have changed and we now need a larger property to accommodate our needs.
