I have lived most of my life on the Lawdon estate, so when I viewed Julien Court I instantly knew it was the one for me. The location was very private and secluded, and offered ample space. 34 years later I know I definitely made the right choice!

It will be sad to leave but I will have such fond memories, living here has been a joy. My friends and family have been able to come over and join me for a barbecue or two and when I have wanted some quiet time I have been able to take advantage of the peaceful surroundings. It's so easy to get to where you want to be living here and the local schools are great. I wish the new owners all the best and hope they really enjoy their time living here.
