When we built the houses we decided to keep a couple and rent them out, and over the years we have sold several of them but have always kept this one as it gives us a good regular gross monthly income of £620, which is currently around £7440 a year. Our lovely tenant has been there for nearly 9 years and has always paid her rent on time and looked after the property for us.
