When I bought this house nearly 38 years ago it was because of its location, very close to Reigate town centre and Priory Park. Reigate Hill and Reigate Heath are within a 10-15 minute walk. There are good public transport links. The privacy, the garden and the garage and easy access to my work have given me the best of all worlds insofar as I have lived a "town and country" existence. The village feeling of Nutley Lane has always been charming and made it a special place in which to live and enjoy all that it has to offer.
