What attracted me most to this house was the fact that it is in the town centre, meaning it is only a short walk to Waitrose, the shops in the High Street, and the harbour with its cafes and bars looking out to sea.
The house had been fairly neglected when I bought it, so I have redecorated throughout, put in a new kitchen and bathroom, put gas central heating in the house, and put new carpet; and stripped back to the original floorboards.
